Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2-5 working days depending on demand.

You will be sent conformation of your order after purchase and tracking number once shipping is underway.

Shipping throuhout New Zealand starts from $10. Occasionally shipping can be free during a promotional period, which will be advertised on the home page..

Great care is taken to ensure your order is well protected for it's journey to you. Each item is securley boxed and wrapped to provide saftey from breakage.

All orders are sent out Monday-Friday.

We use New Zealand Post as our prefered shipping carrier.

Shipping can take 2-5 days to reach you, depending on where you are situated. Rural will take 1-2 days extra. From experience, NZ Post is pretty fast to deliver.

Please also bear in mind, with todays living and enviromental conditions such as weather and domestic fractures such as work place hiccups, can disrupt the shipping journey.
