Yin yang chime balls, traditionally known as Baoding balls, are traditional Chinese metal or enamel spheres rotated in the palm to relieve stress and improve hand dexterity.
These are 50mm in diameter and sold as a set. 340g.
Most pairs contain internal bells that produce two distinct tones—a higher-pitched "yang" sound and a lower-pitched "yin" sound—creating a soothing, wind-chime effect.
They frequently feature the classic Taiji/Yin Yang symbol or decorative cloisonné enamel patterns over a metal core.
Stress Relief: The rhythmic motion and gentle chiming act as an ancient form of mindfulness or a tactile fidget tool to calm the nervous system.

Do not get your crystals wet, especially jewellery.
All crystals come with their own flaws - those being natural inclusions and fractures. Do not sit the crystal in direct sunlight as this will fade the colour and destroy the crystal. Remember most crystals come from the ground.
If there has been metal used with the jewellery, it will be silver coated copper wire. It will eventually wear to give a two-toned look.
To keep your jewellery looking sharp, use a soft jewellery cloth and rub gently.
Crystals absorb energy. Some being negitive. Its a good idea to lay your crystals out under a full moon once a month to cleanse and reset them. Or if you have some true Selenite or Satin Spar, lay your crystals on top and this will do the same.
